Parties are something you cannot escape in college. They’re a given. Some schools, there’s parties every day. But, for the majority, parties happen on the weekends. Some people in college end up letting parties consume their life, and those people usually end up failing out or living with their parents until they’re 30. These people just can’t seem to grow up and are constantly looking for a good time. It’s all fun and games until it’s time to get serious. But don’t get me wrong, there are those people who are able to balance out school work and partying.

The best parties are the ones all your friends are at and have no drama. These parties happen 1 out of every 100 parties. They’re very, VERY rare. Every party you go to in college there’s going to be some type of drama….now mix a little bit of alcohol into play and you have World War 3.

However, whether you’re sucked up in the drama or watching the drama, as long as you’re not puking in the corner, everything is okay. Make sure you know your limits because nobody wants a late night trip to the hospital, and better that, nobody wants a late night trip to the police station. Make sure you never leave your friends and always know where your drinks are coming from. Crazy things happen in college and you never know what could happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry– trust me.
